My Story

I was born and raised in Larned Kansas, where long days working on my family's farm, which was established in 1886, shaped my strong, farm-grown work ethic. I am also a third generation State Farm agent. My grandfather was an agent starting in 1957. He taught me that being a good neighbor means going above and beyond for people. Before opening my agency, I spent nearly two decades as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine, helping families navigate some of life's most stressful and uncertain moments. Those moments showed me how fragile life can be and strengthened my desire to help families prepare for the unexpected. I am happily married to Michael, and we are blessed with two boys who remind me every day why protecting families matters.

My Why

My commitment to this work became deeply personal after the loss of my sister. During that difficult time, my husband, also a State Farm agent, was able to provide financial security to my brother-in-law and his kids, during one of the hardest moments in their lives. While nothing could ease the grief, that support provided stability and hope, when it was needed most. In that moment, I saw the real impact of what we do. Insurance is not just a policy, it is protection, dignity, and reassurance when life changes in an instant. That belief drives how I serve every family who walks through my door.

Leveraging my medical and farm background, I bring a unique level of empathy, attention to detail, and professionalism to every interaction. My agency provides services in Auto, Home, Life, Health, Retirement/Investment services, Farm Ranch, and Small Business insurance. Through activity of community involvement, a customer-first mindset, and a fun, family-oriented office culture, my goal is to create an agency where customers feel valued, confident and supported: today and for the long run.
